وذلك بمقر المركز المصري للحقوق المدنية والإقتصادية : المركز المصري للحقوق الاقتصاديه و الاجتماعيه - 1 ش سوق التوفيفيه - الإسعاف (محطة مترو جمال عبد الناصر) الساعة 5 مساءا

تدعوا حركة شباب 6 أبريل كل الناشطين المصريين للتواجد في محكمة الخلية بمجمع الجلاء صباح يوم السبت القادم (31-7-2010) للتضامن مع المادفون عن حرية الرأي والتعبير في مصر ضد القضية الملفقة لهم من قبل القاضي عبد الفتاح مراد باتهامات ” التهديد بالتشهير ، السب والقذف ، وإساءة استخدام الانترنت

وهي القضية التي تم التحقيق فيها في مايو ونوفمبر 2007 بنيابة شمال القاهرة ، التي أعدت مذكرة تقي بعدم اختصاصها في نظر القضية ، فحركها مكتب النائب العام لمحكمة جنح الأزبكية ، فردت بعد اختصاصها ، فأرسلها مكتب النائب العام لمحكمة جنح الخليفة ، التي قررت أن القضية يمكن تحويلها للمحكمة باتهامات ، سب وقذف وتكوين جمعيات على خلاف القانون” ولكن النائب العام قام وعبر مذكرة حملت توقيعه بحذف تهمة تكوين جمعيات بغير الطريق الذي رسمه القانون وقرر إضافة اتهام التهديد بالتشهير ، واساءة استخدام الانترنت.
